A government institution had to bring together accounting figures that were spread across multiple software packages. The task seemed impossible: standard tools did not allow automation, and custom development would have taken too much time. Worse still, one of the applications only delivered its data via keyboard commands, with no export option.

Teams receive a notification as soon as the figures are ready and can consult them in one central environment.
