The Challenge
The HR team of a company wanted to simplify the onboarding process for new employees. The procedures already existed, but their scope made every training heavy and hard to digest. The goal was therefore clear: provide direct access to information without new employees having to go through entire documents.
The AI Solution
We centralised these procedures in SharePoint and set up an automated indexing system linked to Microsoft Copilot. This way, employees can ask their questions in natural language and get a contextual answer tailored to their situation.
