The AI Solution
We developed an artificial intelligence that can directly analyse the content of follow-up tickets. It learned to recognise warning signals such as vague answers, rude behaviour, unresolved incidents or customer dissatisfaction. The autonomous tool detects anomalies in real time and forwards them automatically.
